2dna control panel

hello,thank you for the great forum,i have a rimor with the 2dna control panel,it can stay ok for hours then keeps continuously turning itself off!,i turn it back on ,it goes off ,repeat for ages then will stay on,but all the time the settings dont drop they stay the same! any ideas please???

If pressing the control panel keys does not respond correctly to the chosen function, the problem is in the keyboard. If the keyboard works correctly, we recommend cleaning the various connections of the system with contact spray and moving the internal contact blades closer to each other to the connectors.
