Panel de control D2NA se apaga

Buenos dias,



El panel de control D2NA se apaga en pocos segundos tras encenderlo, se reinicia y vuelve apagarse, asi en bucle. La tension de baterias indica aproximadamente 1Vcc menos de lo que tienen. He desconectado todos los consumos, dejando solo la fuente de alimentacion AL320-RC conectada al hub cielo y este conectado al panel D2NA. El resultado es el mismo, enciende, luego se apaga dejando el led rojo parpadeando en la fuente de alimentacion y se reinicia.

Hello. Probably you have a problem on service battery (check if the problem is the same with 220V connected) or you have a no good connection on the system (try to clean and tight all contacts inside connectors).

Hello SimonR, with 220vAC the charger works up to 14.6Vcc to the auxiliary bateries only, at the the control panel arrive 12,9Vcc but do the same power on and power off in a few seconds. I check the contacts but nothing found

Hello. If you connect 220V and disconnect service battery, what's the voltage on white connector (on AL320) and on control panel?

Hello SimoneR, With 220vAC and not service battery.

If is power on tester indicates 14.8Vcc on white conector of AL320, and 14,6Vcc on red and black lines of control panel.

When is power off 12,1Vcc on AL320, and 0,9Vcc on control panel
