12V circuit stopped working

After some dropouts of the LCD panel, the 12V circuit stopped totally. I checked both batteries and fuses. On my AL310BF unit, J1 and J2 gets the voltage of the battery, 12.8V. On the J3 connection to the TERRA node, there is only 7V available. Then to the CIELO: I measure only 1.8V on the TIERRA to CIELO J1 connector. Also the led of the ON/OFF switch of the AL310 stopped working. I am not sure if this switch does work now. What can be wrong?

The led on charger (on Switch) is on only when you start it for about 40 seconds. In your system, the led is always On?

The led is always off. When the problems started (display and lights switched on/off by itself for 5 times in a minute) the led did work after putting it on for about 20 sec. But now it is totally off.

Thanks, I wil try to find a dealer in Holland. Just one question: I think the relais is not working. On Power On you should here a click if I remember well. That is not the case now. Can I test that with everything disconnected except the 220V?

There isn't any relè to Switch e the system ON. Inside relais is for parallel and fridge.

You can send to us the part to check and solved the problem (if the problem is on powersupply). Reparation time is about 3 week.

I think I found the problem. See attachment. I will have to check for shorted circuit first I guess. Is it possible that you send me a new board? With connectors to the switch? The other 2 wires I can solder it myself. Please let me know.
